Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our dumpster rental services and website. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree with these terms, you should not use our services.

Services Provided

DumpServe Inc provides dumpster rental services to residential, commercial, and construction clients. By using our services, you agree to abide by the following rules:

• You must be at least 18 years of age to rent a dumpster from us.
• You are responsible for ensuring the dumpster is placed in a safe location and accessible for pickup and delivery.
• You agree to use the dumpster only for legal waste disposal purposes and in compliance with all local laws and regulations.

Rental Terms

By renting a dumpster from DumpServe, you agree to the following rental terms:

• Rental Period: The standard rental period is 14 or 7 days as specified when renting. If you require the dumpster for a longer period, additional charges may apply.
• Delivery and Pickup: We will deliver the dumpster to the specified location on or about the scheduled date. You are responsible for ensuring that the location is accessible and safe for delivery and pickup.
• Payment: Full payment is required before delivery. We accept payments through major credit cards.
• Late Fees: A late fee will be charged if the dumpster is not returned by the end of the agreed rental period. The late fee will be $17 (or other prevailing rate) per day after the initial rental period ends.

Acceptable and Unacceptable Waste

Acceptable Waste:

You may dispose of the following types of waste in our dumpsters:

• General household waste
• Construction and demolition debris
• Yard waste
• Appliances (unless otherwise specified)
• Furniture

Unacceptable Waste:

The following materials are prohibited and must not be placed in the dumpster:

• Hazardous waste (e.g., chemicals, paints, asbestos)
• Electronics
• Medical waste
• Mattresses (unless specified in your rental agreement)
• Flammable or explosive materials
• Large batteries

If you are unsure whether a particular item is acceptable, please contact us before disposal.

Liability

By using our services, you agree to the following:

• DumpServe is not responsible for any damage to property caused by the delivery or placement of the dumpster, unless it is due to our negligence.
• You are responsible for the safety of the area surrounding the dumpster and for ensuring that it is free of obstacles, hazards, or unauthorized personnel.
• We are not liable for any injury, damage, or loss that occurs during the rental period, including but not limited to accidents or damage resulting from the use or misuse of the dumpster.

Cancellation and Refunds

If you wish to cancel or modify your dumpster rental, please contact us at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date. Cancellations made after this time may result in a cancellation fee of $150 to $250.

Refunds will only be issued for cancellations made at least 24 hours before delivery. No refunds will be issued for late cancellations, late returns, or if the dumpster is damaged during the rental period.

Modifications to the Terms and Conditions

DumpServe Inc reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Revised" date. Your continued use of our services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the updated terms.
